On October 23, we will meet for the third time during the nationwide conference Second Life of Buildings. This year we will discuss in a cross-sectional way how to design spaces in adapted buildings in order to animate relations between their users. How are new investments changing now and are they likely to stay on the market? How can operators activate the community that benefits from the rented space? Will cities offer spaces that will integrate generations and different social groups? And finally - to what extent are Polish capital and mentality ready for global changes affecting the real estate market?
