On October 1, the Powiśle Power Plant in Warsaw hosted the second edition of the "Second Life of Buildings" conference, of which Orange Real Estate is the Initiator and Strategic Partner.

The participants were greeted by the vice president of Orange Polska, Maciej Nowohoński, who gave the opening speech. Our representative, Sales Team Director, Mariusz Bak spoke in the discussion on the situation on the real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe. During the event, we presented new examples of transformations of telecommunications buildings. Participants could see how the former headquarters changed into the first capsule hostel in Poland, an office building, and even a film studio. Participants also had the opportunity to watch a video from the implementation of the revitalization project of a historic complex in Gliwice.
