On September 7, 2017, the conference "The Second Life of Buildings", initiated by Nieruchomości Orange, will be held at the Bristol Hotel.

This is the first event of this type in Poland, during which the problem of revitalization and giving the existing buildings new life and functions will be discussed so broadly and comprehensively. We have planned 5 discussion panels with the participation of industry experts. We will discuss the size of the developed real estate market, the investment potential of existing facilities, as well as various aspects related to the revitalization, modernization and change of use of buildings. We will also present new examples of Orange properties that have gained a second life after the sale and change of use.
