On October 6, 2016, we presented the Orange real estate offer at the 3rd Housing Congress in Wrocław, an event organized by the Polish Association of Developers and the Warsaw School of Economics. On that day, nearly a thousand experts from the housing industry, as well as representatives of the government, local governments, financial institutions, architects and lawyers, appeared at the Wrocław Congress Center. The theme of the congress was "Prospects for the development of housing in Poland". The debates concerned all aspects of housing construction: housing financing, purchase of land for construction, construction costs and legal aspects related to projects. During the congress, the report "The condition and direction of development of Polish housing" was presented, prepared by experts from the Warsaw School of Economics and REAS.
