On 26-29 January, the International Congress Centre in Katowice hosted the regional edition of the largest real estate conference in Poland. The event was attended by some 14,500 guests, including the best architects and designers from Poland and abroad. The city authorities, esteemed experts, investors, developers, as well as representatives of Real Estate Orange - Joanna Szpyra and Jacek Hutyra - were also present.

75 important discussions were held on 7 stages. Topics of discussion included the role of architecture and design in a changing world, the future of the real estate business, sustainable development of cities and companies and the future reconstruction of Ukraine.

On Friday, there was a panel with Joanna Szpyra - Orange Real Estate Key Account Manager and Jacek Hutyra - Climate Officer Orange Polska. The discussion was about ESG strategy, about whether and how Polish cities should go green. During a conversation with Propertynews.pl journalist Grażyna Kuryłło, our representatives talked about Orange's activities aimed at reducing the carbon footprint and losses in urban space caused by the change of use of telecommunication buildings.
