On April 25th, another conference from the Property Reactivation 2023 series took place. This time, we had the pleasure of visiting Elbląg – one of the oldest cities with a rich tradition. The conference was held in an amazing, revitalized building, which currently operates as the Hotel Młyn Qua SPA.

Many investors and local developers interested in changes and trends in the real estate market attended the conference. We discussed the identity and development potential of the region and the city of Elbląg. We learned how the current economic situation affects the local and Polish investment market. During the last panel, we learned about the history of the transformation process of the building where we had the opportunity to be hosted. The extraordinary history was crowned by a short joint walk through the historic underground passage between the two hotel buildings.
