Beautiful weather, picturesque Jelenia Góra known as the gateway to the Karkonosze Mountains, the Zdrojowy Teatr Animacji in the heart of Zdrojowy Park – these were the circumstances under which the Property Reactivation Conference took place on May 30th. Nearly 90 people attended, including wonderful guests and speakers such as Marek Zuber, Kacper Nosarzewski, Renata Kwiatek, Kamila Cyganek, Iwona Gembiec, Michał Bartoszewski, Krzysztof Legutko, PhD, Marek Obrębalski, Artur Kozieja, Ryszard Rzepczyński, Piotr Grochowski, Robert Futerhendler, Katarzyna Wołoch, and Wioletta Fabrycka, who created an incredibly creative and friendly atmosphere during the event. The role of moderator was excellently fulfilled by the knowledgeable and energetic TVN 24 journalist – Joanna Kryńska. Representing us were Jacek Raczyński - Sales Director of Orange Real Estate, Joanna Szpyra - Key Account Manager of Orange Real Estate, and Jacek Hutyra - Climate Officer at Orange Polska.

During the event, panellists discussed property revitalisation and the creation of multifunctional, friendly public spaces. 🔨 ♻ An essential and emphasized aspect of the discussions was the cooperation with local governments in implementing investments. Our experts also examined macroeconomic perspectives and possible development scenarios for the real estate industry in Poland and around the world. 🏢 📈

Lower Silesia impressed us with its hospitality, natural beauty, and incredibly open and energetic local officials who eagerly shared their knowledge and experiences. They also showed a great willingness to learn and seek new ways to improve the lives of the local community.
