In accordance with the valid local spatial development plan for the village of Wicko approved by the Resolution No. II / 10/2014 of the Wicko Commune Council of December 22, 2014 (published in the Official Journal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship of January 14, 2015, item 79), the plot marked with the geodetic number 535 / 3 - included in the Land and Mortgage Register No. 19159, located within Wicko, is an area for service and single-family housing development, marked on the plan drawing with the symbol 68.U, MN.
