For sale, the perpetual usufruct right to the plot of land no. 132/3 established until September 21, 2091, with an area of 1,077 m 2, developed with a building constituting an object of ownership separate from the land, with an area of 961.10 m 2 .

The office and technical building is a free-standing 5-storey building with an attic, with a whole basement. It is a building of the former Prussian prison, the so-called House of punishment and correction, erected in the cellars of a late-medieval castle.

There is one staircase in the building, two apartments in the attic. The main entrance to the building is on the south side. On the west side, there is a second entrance that leads to the offices on the ground floor. The building is made of brick, has vaulted cellars and a high wooden roof. Roof structure - collar, gable, pediment with ceramic covering. External and internal walls are made of solid bricks, burnt on lime mortar, with numerous visible redecorations and additions. The access road to the property is from ul. Dubois, which is an asphalt road.

The plot has a relatively regular shape and a flat terrain configuration. The area is partially fenced and developed. On the plot, outside the building structure, there is mainly low greenery.
