In accordance with Resolution No. X / 75/2015 of the City Council of Skarżysko-Kamienna of June 12, 2015 on the adoption of the local spatial development plan called "Tysiąclecia-Piłsudskiego" in the city of Skarżysko-Kamienna, real estate located in the area marked with the symbol: U4 - areas development of non-burdensome services. The plan also allows for residential development with services.
