In accordance with the above decision: the type of investment is as follows: construction of 16 single-family, two-unit terraced houses and internal roads together with the necessary technical infrastructure with simultaneous demolition of the detached house

Sales assumptions

The condition for the sale of the property is the establishment of a Limited Property Right in favour of Orange for the technical infrastructure concerning:

  • area of 232.39 m2 in the ground, on the basis of transmission easement

There are currently two court proceedings pending for adverse possession of a total area of approximately 252 m2, which may result in a reduction of the right of perpetual usufruct in relation to part of the real estate plot 5/3 with an area of approximately 252 m2.
