Local development plan applies to the property: Resolution No. XXXV / 272/01 of the Police City Council of 27 March 2001 on changes in the local spatial development plan for the city of Police, for the area located south of Tanowska Street and west of the Szczecin railway line - Trzebież, the so-called "Police-West". The MPZP entered into force on June 22, 2001.
