The condition of sale is the establishment of indefinite limited property rights regarding:

  • area of 288.80 m 2 in an office and technical building on the basis of use or after agreement with the buyer, ultimately limiting this area to 164.7 m 2 with the establishment of temporary rights for a period of max. 18 months to an area of 107.3 m 2 (possible to free after moving the equipment after the sale of the property)
  • area of 82.63 m 2 in the ground, based on a transmission easement
  • area of 1.2 m 2 in the ground, on a usufruct basis
  • area of 8 m 2 on the roof, on an occupancy basis
  • area of 18.3 m 2 on the facade on an occupancy basis
