The area on which the property is located is covered by the new Local Spatial Development Plan of June 28, 2019. According to its provisions, the OPL real estate was located in AREAS with symbols 5MW / U and 4KDW.   • area of 1.2 m 2 in the ground, on a usufruct basis
  • area of 8 m 2 on the roof, on an occupancy basis
  • area of 18.3 m 2 on the facade on an occupancy basis

- Plot No. 428/20 with an area of - 70.00 m 2 is part of the housing estate road from ul. Copernicus.

- Access to plot no. 428/17 (owned by ZE) on which the transformer building is located is through plots no. 428/20, 428/21, 428/22; In the Notarial Deed of the Rep.
