The building is located at ul. Nowa 2 in Parczew, in the city center, near the City Hall, Poviat Starosty, post office. It is an important local transportation hub. Roads from several directions intersect here: Łęczna, Włodawa, Lubartów, Międzyrzec Podlaski, Radzyń Podlaski, Biała Podlaska and Sosnowica, approx. 50 km from the border crossing in Sławatycze, which is the eastern border of the European Union.
