Second Life of Buildings
The initiator, Strategic Partner and originator of the idea of "Second Life of Buildings" are Orange Real Estate - the real estate sales department of Orange Polska. The project is a PR project, and its aim is to increase awareness of the use of existing buildings among real estate market participants. The activities include the organization of national and regional conferences, networking meetings and speeches at industry conferences, as well as other activities. During the events, we present examples of transforming telecommunications buildings into offices, schools, apartments, hotels and commercial facilities.

Behind us is another, extremely successful 4th edition of the conference "Second Life of Buildings Poland & CEE” 9.
Due to the pandemic, it took place in a different form - online, but it was still popular. The event was attended by 28 speakers and a large group of viewers from Poland and from around the world.

For the fourth time Orange Real Estate has the pleasure to organize the international conference "Drugie Życie Budynków Polska & amp; CEE ". This year's edition will take place online on June 9 - starting at 10.00 a.m..
This time we will be looking for answers to the following questions:
- What do investors in the commercial real estate market fear and what do they see their future chances in?
- How will the pandemic change cities and affect the future of revitalization and modernization in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe?
